The Hoxton is a new hotel in Chicago’s west loop. This is the first location to open in Chicago for this international hotel chain. The Hoxton sports a cozy and modern feel from the entrance to the event space. Five rooms make up the event venue known as The Apartment, which can be combined into one large space that can host up to 250 people. Joining the host of new construction appearing in the West Loop, this new hotel, slated to open October of 2019, will sit on West Randolph Street. Nobu is a 12-story project that’s set to have entertainment at its forefront. With two ballrooms, a capacity of 150 and a total of 3,200 square feet of event space, Nobu is a solid option for event planners who desire ample space and privacy.
This D.C. 360 room luxury hotel opened its doors February 2019 and was made to be a hub for events and consumers. With a total of 20 meeting rooms and ballrooms, the largest of which hosts up to 500, your event can go as small or big as you’d like. The hotel also boasts 30,000 square feet of retail space making this structure a great area for attendees to shop among locals during downtime between breakout sessions.
Live! by Loews: Arlington, Arlington, Texas
Enjoy a first-class experience in the new Live! by Loews due to open August 2019. The hotel has 300 luxury rooms for guests to enjoy – all of which boast floor to ceiling windows for all the natural light you’d want. Live! Looking for a warm getaway for your next event? Newly opened early 2019, Baker’s Cay Resort, Key Largo in the Florida Keys is here to host your tropical luxury meeting.
